Request rDNS Record Update

In order to have your rDNS records updated, you will need to contact Servercraft support staff.  The fastest way to have your records updated is to open the ticket in the general dedicated servers support area, and include rDNS in your title.  Within the ticket, please include the ip address(es) and corresponding records you wish to have set up.  By including all this information in the initial ticket, our staff can setup the records without needing to contact you for more details.  This will ensure your records are set up as quickly as possible.
